KN-C³ 2nd Workshop at KAIST

• Date: July 13 - July 14, 2023

KAIST and NYU will host the second KN-C³ workshop at KAIST from July 13 - 15th. In this 2nd workshop, professors from the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at NYU will visit the CBE department at KAIST. They will be affiliated with the KAIST-NYU Cities and Climate Change Center. The goal of this workshop is to connect researchers and find common research interests for potential collaboration opportunities. Therefore, the two-day workshop schedule will consist of research exchanges between the two schools focusing on chemical and biomolecular research. 

Detailed Schedule

[Day 1] Thursday, July 13 (KAIST): Research Exchange (Full Day)

• Venue: KI building at KAIST (detailed venue will be decided)

         -10:00 Pick up NYU professors from the hotel

10:30-10:45 Introduction of KAIST CBE

10:45-11:00 Introduction of NYU CBE

11:00-12:00 10-min research presentation 4 KAIST + 2 NYU

12:00-13:30 Lunch

13:30-14:30 Meeting VP of Education

14:30-15:30 Meeting Prof. Jae Woo Lee (Associate Dean of College of Engineering) 

15:30-16:30 Discussion hour

16:30-17:30 Meeting Prof. Hee Tae Jung & KI tour

         -18:00 Dinner

[Day 2] Friday, July 14 (KAIST): Meeting (Half Day)
